complain VIABUY company
Review over VIABUYI ordered this card from VIABUY about 3 months ago, I was supposed to get it within 3 days. I still did not receive any cards and this is not important to me that much, but as I am an international student in Nederland, they sent me all emails in Dutch, finally today when I showed one of those emails to my tutor at university. I pointed out that I have to pay 130 euros, because they made a complain and a second company asked me to pay 130 euros for something that even I did not receive it.
The customer service by the way is completely rubish.
NB. from my point of view I would recommend, DO NOT TRUST IN ANY KIND OF THESE COMPANIES. They just wanna make your pocket empty.
